1/2 kg mince meat.
1 1/2 tbsps ginger garlic paste.
6 boiled eggs.(shelled)
1 1/2 tbsps green chilly paste.
1 tbsp garam masala powder.
1 small onion (grated).
1 tsp black pepper powder.
oil for deep frying.
Wash and drain meat completely dry by squeezing out all water.
Add all the ingredients except eggs.
Mix it and pound or put the mixture through mincer again.
Wrap this mince on each boiled and shelled egg.
Roll in bread crumbs and deep fry on medium heat or place in casserole and brown in preheated oven, turning over a few times.
Serve with chutney or tomato sauce.
