Marinated Keema

Spicy ground mutton

Great and different in taste, easy and quick

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

  • 1 kg Mutton, ground
  • 1 no. Egg
  • 1½ tsps. Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1½ tsps. Ginger, paste
  • 2 tsps. Garlic, paste
  • 4 slices Bread Crumbs
  • 3 tsps. Coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 5 bunches Green Chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 4 tsps. Vegetable Oil
  • Salt to taste


  1. put all the ingredients except oil in a bowl and mix well. leave for 20 minutes.
  2. heat oil in a pan and add the marinated minced meat. Fry for one minute on high flame then cover the pan and cook on low flame for 15 minutes or till it is brown in color.
  3. remove from heat and garnish with lemon and corriander leaves.



A little bit of garam masala and coriander powder could do wonders to this recipe. A very different and great recipe. Thank you.

I think if you add some finely chopped mint leaves too to the kheema marinade mixture it would taste good...That's if you like a minty flavour. Thanks.... Different, Yummy recipe :-)
