soak rice for about 2 hours then drain water add grated coconut & cardamom to it & grind into coarse paste
then in a thick bottom pan take about 1/2 cup of water boil it add jaggery to it make a 1 thread consistency syrup
now add the rice mixture to the jaggery syrup & keep stirring it & make sure dat it dosent stick to the bottom of the pan & add ghee after about 2 mins then cook until the mixture leaves out of the pan then just to check if its ready you can dip ur hand into cold water & touch the rice mixture to check if done & if the mixture dosent stick to ur hands then which means that it is done.
grease a plate with some ghee & spread the mixture on the plate let cool for 5 minutes then cut into desired shapes & serve garnished with nuts.
