Corn Kurma

A very easy one to make

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

  • 8 nos. Corn, baby, chinese variety
  • 3 tbsps. Milk
  • 1 tbsp All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tbsps. Coconut, grated
  • 2 nos. Green Chilies
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper, powder
  • 1 tsp Vegetable Oil
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Grate the corn.
  2. In a pan heat the oil and add corn, chillies and salt.
  3. Srinkle a little water and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Now add the scraped coconut, pepper and cook for 1 more minute.
  5. Mix the milk and the flour to a smooth consistency and add to the corn mix and for 2more minutes till all the liquid is absorbed and kurma consistency is obtained.
  6. Finally garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
