To make the make the masala. Take ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, tamarind, fenugreek seeds, chilli powder , turmeric powder and salt in a grinder. (Chillies for making it spicy)
Add oil to a sauce pan and let it heat
Then add the ground masala and stir it until the masala gets cooked
Then add the prawns and cover it until done.
Serve it with rice and just enjoy the tangy and spicy flavor of the curry. You can make the same masala for any fish you prefer !!
