The combination of eggs & rice is sensational- eggs makes rice so delicious.
Ingredients
non vegetarian 1 servings
1 cup basmati rice(boiled)
3 eggs(2 boiled & peeled)
3 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard-cumin seeds
handful chopped coriander
1 small chopped tomato
1 small chopped onion
1/2 cup frozen peas(optional)
1 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
2 tsp garam masala
Directions
cut the 2 boiled eggs in a circular form.
Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil,add 1/2 tsp garam masala & add cut eggs on it. stir fry them for 1 min & keep them aside.
Now heat another large pan with oil. add cumin-mustard seeds. once splutter add onion & let it cook. once turn to brown add tomato & cook it 2 min.then add salt, red chilly powder, garam masala & turmeric & mix them properly.
Meanwhile beat 1 egg in a small bowl & pour it in to the pan.
Now add boiled rice in to the mixture, mix it properly.
Finally add egg pieces & coriander on to the rice.
