Try this out.....i can assure you that you will fall in love with this snack!!
vegetarian 4 servings
1 cup Rice Flour
1/2 bunch of Spring onion
1 tsp Ginger and Garlic Paste.
3 to 4 Green chillies.(As per your taste)
Before you start this dish, soak the chana dal for 1 hour, and strain off the water.
Finely chop Spring onions.
Now take a bowl and add the above chana dal, rice flour, spring onions, ginger garlic paste, green chillis(finely chosped OR paste), salt and mix them well along with water to make it a thick dove.( Note: Dove shoud be tight not runny).
Take plastic paper , grease it wil oil and take a small lemon size dove in your hand and flat it evenly like a pastery and make a small hole in between.
Heat oil in a Pan and slit the above in oil and deep fry it untill golden brown.
Serve it hot with curd Or pure ghee................Lol it will be mouth watering.
