Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 2 cups Rice atta
    • 3 cups water
    • 1 tea spoon oil
    • Ground 3-4 green chillies with 1/2 grated coconut
    • salt to taste
    • 1 cup maida

    Directions

    1. Take a thick bottomed vessel such as a deep pan pressure cooker
    2. add water and oil bring it to a boil
    3. Add ground green chillies and coconut
    4. Simmer the flame, add salt, and rice atta
    5. leave it for atleast 20 min
    6. stir it with a thick wooden stick to make a dough  without any lumps
    7. (Proportion of water is very essential)
    8. take a big lemon sized dough, knead it and dip in maida and press it with belan as in the form of roti.
    9. roast the rotti on a pan with or without oil.
    10. Do the same with remaining dough
    11. Serve hot with ghee and pickle
