2 cups Rice atta
3 cups water
1 tea spoon oil
Ground 3-4 green chillies with 1/2 grated coconut
salt to taste
1 cup maida
Take a thick bottomed vessel such as a deep pan pressure cooker
add water and oil bring it to a boil
Add ground green chillies and coconut
Simmer the flame, add salt, and rice atta
leave it for atleast 20 min
stir it with a thick wooden stick to make a dough without any lumps
(Proportion of water is very essential)
take a big lemon sized dough, knead it and dip in maida and press it with belan as in the form of roti.
roast the rotti on a pan with or without oil.
Do the same with remaining dough
Serve hot with ghee and pickle
