- Mix green chilies, ginger, spring onion, gralic and salt into the mince and leave it for two hours to marinate.
- Shape into long kabobs and deep fry until its brown.
- Heat a cup of oil and fry onion with tomato paste and red chili powder.
- Add all kababs into the paste for
5 minutes before serving.
