1/2 cup of Sago (Soaked for 1/2 hour in cold water to cover)
1 cup of Cooked, peeled and mashed potatoes
1/2 cup of Unsalted peanuts-coarsely crushed
2 tbsp Finely chopped green chillies
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Heat oil in a wok. Shape the mix into small patties. Deep fry in hot oil till they turn golden brown. Serve immediately with tomato garlic chutney. (You can use any chutney of your choice)
