Sago Wadas with Potato & Peanuts

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1/2 cup of Sago (Soaked for 1/2 hour in cold water to cover)
    • 1 cup of Cooked, peeled and mashed potatoes
    • 1/2 cup of Unsalted peanuts-coarsely crushed
    • 2 tbsp Finely chopped green chillies
    • Salt to taste
    • Oil to deep fry

    Directions

    Mix all ingredients. Heat oil in a wok. Shape the mix into small patties. Deep fry in hot oil till they turn golden brown. Serve immediately with tomato garlic chutney. (You can use any chutney of your choice)

    This recipe is very very yummy when served hot. you can add soaked bhagar to this if you want it more thick in density or you have poured more water to the sago while soaking and it is watery.
