Take dhania leaves and chopped tomato pieces.Grind both.
Make a batter of cornflour and maida .Dip paneer pieces in the batter and deep fry it
heat oil in a kadhai.fry chopeed onions,ginger,garlic ,green chillies in the oil.Fry till onions turn pinkish.Now add to this the paste of dhania and tomatoes.Simmer the gas.Add salt and sugar.Cook for 6 minutes on low heat.Add water and bring to boil. Add fried paneer pieces.Finally add some garama masala before serving it hot.
