can be eaten as snacks or dessert. Very delicious dish, You cant just eat one.

Ingredients vegetarian 10 servings

    • 250 g Rice
    • 250 g jaggery
    • 1 fresh coconut
    • 1 tsp elachi powder
    • oil: for deep fry


    1. Soak rice for 2hrs and dry it for an hour and make very fine powder out of it.
    2. Add jaggery to water and boil till thread consistency to this add grated coconut and cook for 5 mins.
    3. Now add rice powder prepared in Step1 and mix well till it is of thick consistency.
    4. Let the above mixture cool down.
    5. Now make small 2 inch balls with that mixture and fry in oil till deep brown.
    6. It can be stored in air tight containers till one month.
