Hara Paneer

A tempting and easy recipe of paneer

This recipe is very easy to make and also delicious.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

  • 100 gms. Mint, fresh leaves
  • 100 gms. Coriander leaves
  • 5 nos. Green Chilies
  • 250 gms. Indian Cottage Cheese
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • Salt to taste


  1. Cut paneer into small pieces in whichever shape you want.
  2. Grind Pudina , Coriander leaves , green chillies and garlic into a fine paste. Add curd to this paste.
  3. Heat oil on a pan.
  4. Add paneer pieces to pan and stir for 1 minute.
  5. Add the green paste of Pudina and Coriander.
  6. Add Salt and Water and bring to a boil.
  7. Cover and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes till the water dries.
  8. Serve with Crisp parathas.

Its a good substitute of palak paneer. i hate palak paneer.
