Ingredients
vegetarian
2 servings
250 gm paneer cut in cubes
2 medium sized onions
2 medium sized tomatoes
5-6 garlic pods
1 cup milk
1 tsp sugar
salt to taste
1 tsp tomato ketchup
black pepper to taste
cheese to ganish.
Directions
In a pan put a little oil and then add the roughly cut onions, tomatoes and garlic
saute till they are soft in texture
after it cools grind this to a paste.
now put this mixture back in the pan and add milk , sugar , salt , tomato ketchup and cook on low flame.
after it cools dwn grind it again to make a smooth paste.
finally add the paneer pieces to the mixture and garnish with black pepper and grated cheese.
yummy paneer is ready to serve.
