Paneer narangi

easy to cook and tasty to eat.

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 250 gm paneer cut in cubes
    • 2 medium sized onions
    • 2 medium sized tomatoes
    • 5-6 garlic pods
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 tsp sugar
    • salt to taste
    • 1 tsp tomato ketchup
    • black pepper to taste
    • cheese to ganish.






    1. In a pan put a little oil and then add the roughly cut onions,  tomatoes and garlic
    2. saute till they are soft in texture
    3. after it cools grind this to a paste.
    4. now put this mixture back in the pan and add milk , sugar , salt , tomato ketchup and cook on low flame.
    5. after it cools dwn grind it again to make a smooth paste.
    6. finally add the paneer pieces to the mixture and garnish with black pepper and grated cheese.
    7. yummy paneer is ready to serve.
