soybean wadi (balls shape) you can get in the indian market. one small bowl wadi
one small boiled potato
4 green chillies
2 tsp oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
chopped ginger
1 half glass of water
fresh cilantro
Directions
First boil the wadi and keep aside
Take a deep pan and add oil, diced potatoes, cumin, green chilles chopped and ginger, mix well for 1 min then add the spices with that the soya wadi mix well
Heat and then add 1 in half glass water and keep it cover with a lid ,cook on medium heat for 5 min until there is the gravy
When done add chopped Cilantro (coriander leaves).
