Diet chicken

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

    • 1 chicken cut into 4 large halfs.
    • 1 C yoghurt
    • 1/4 tsp red chili powder
    • 1 tbsp viniger
    • 1 tbsp garlic & ginger powder
    • 1 tsp (cinnamon & cardomom) powder
    • 1 tsp salt or as you wish
    • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder (opt)
    • 4 tbsp olive oil


    1. Wash chicken, combine with all the above ingredients
    2. leave to marinade over night. (u can do it stright away but over night marination lets the flovour in the meat).
    3. put the marnated chicken in a non stick pan & cook over low heat until all the water evapurates & a lil oil floats on top.
    4. Serve with green salad & a 1/2 cup of boiled rice.
