New twist on simple boiled eggs

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

    • 4 Boiled Eggs
    • Healthy helping of garlic ginger paster
    • Finely minced onions
    • Ghee
    • Salt
    • Chili powder
    • Turmeric 
    • Green Chilis


    1. Boil the eggs with salted water
    2. Heat a sautee pan and melt ghee
    3. Fry the garlic/ginger paste, onions and green chilis in the pan
    4. Once paste mixture is soft add eggs
    5. Fry boiled eggs whole or halved
    6. Fry until eggs some color appears
    7. Serve with rice or roti
    8. Enjoy!!!!
