Pepper Chicken

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

    • 2 Cup Chicken
    • 3 Onion
    • 2 Tomato
    • 1 1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
    • 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
    • Turmeric
    • Coriander Leaves
    • 1 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
    • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
    • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
    • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
    • 3 tbsp Oil
    • Salte to taste
    • 1/2 cup water


    1. Heat Oil In Pan. than add onion stir well till it brown
    2. Add ginger garlic paste and chicken fry little
    3. add salt, termaric, coriander leaves, black pepper powder, chilli powder, coriander powder tomato and stir-fry.
    4. add water and fry
    5. after fried add garam masala and garnish with coriander leaves and spring onion.
    6. and serve with Roti of hot rice.

    hi....if tomatoes r not added the taste of pepper will be more...!



    Even though I dint add the coriander leaves, the result came out to be gr8!!! the ingredients are really simple, the dish is really easy to make and delicious to eat!!!!!
