very spicy traditional of kasmir

Ingredients vegetarian 6 servings


    • 8 tbsp oil
    • 50g casew nuts
    • 2tbsp giger garlic paste
    • 2 big finely chopped onions
    • 5 chopped green chillis
    • 2 cinemon
    • 2 bay leaves
    • 20g kismis
    • 3 small elaichi
    • 100g carrot
    • 100g flower
    • 2 capsicum
    • 100g peas
    • salt
    • 6tbsp biryani masala
    • 1tbsp sugar
    • 2cup curd
    • 5 cup boiled rice
    • 2 big tomatos
    • 2tbsp red chilli powder

    Directions

    1. First boil all above vegetabels & rice
    2. Take pan, add oil add ginger garlic paste , chopped green chillis add all above khada masala
    3. Then add onions,  tomatos, red chilli powder
    4. Add boiled vegetabels, after add biryani masala
    5. Add basmati rice boiled, salt, sugar, curd , add kesar dissolved in milk
    6. Then lastly, add fried cashews
    7. Properly mix well, close thel lid & cook for 10 minutes in slow flame

    hi! priyanka sorry to late reply biryani masala is combination of powder of chilly, turmeric,cumin, black pepper, cardmom,taj patta, badian [star] , black cardmom, shah jeera, nutmeg,cloves. this masala you will buy also any grossary store.
