Chicken n chickpea pasta

a twist to chicken pasta

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

    • 1 lb diced chicken breast
    • 2 tbsp dried whole red chillies
    • 4 onions finely sliced
    • 1 tbsp garlic n ginger paste
    • 10-15 curry pata[limri]
    • 1 tin of boiled chickpeas
    • 6 tomatoes finely diced
    • salt to taste
    • 5 tbsp cooking oil
    • 500 g cooked pasta
    • 1/2 bunch finely chopped coriander


    1. Heat oil in a wok or karai
    2. Add onions tel soft
    3. Add chillies n curry pata fry til onion go brown
    4. Add tomatoes n garlic n ginger paste n salt
    5. Cook till tomatoes have turned in to a thick paste
    6. Add chicken n cook till done
    7. Add chickpeas n cook for further 5 mins
    8. Take off heat and stir in cooked pasta n mix thoroughly
    9. Add chopped coriander n stir through
    10. enjoy
    you can add extra chillies if you want the dish slightly spicier
