Quick Vegetable Sandwich

A quick and healthy vegetable sandwich that can be prepared at any time

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 2 Carrots, shredded
    • 2 Onions, finely chopped
    • 1 small tin Hard Cheese, shredded (Kraft cheese/Falcon cheese/etc.)
    • Pepper powder - as required
    • Salt - as required
    • 2 tbsp Oil
    • Bread slices - as required


    1. In a non-stick pan, put oil and add carrots and onions and saute well until both are nicely soft and cooked.
    2. Then add the pepper powder and just enough salt and mix well. Please note that too much salt should not be added initially as adding the cheese in the end would give it the right taste.  
    3. Switch off the flame.
    4. Finally add the shredded cheese to the mixture and mix well.
    5. Cut the edges of the bread slices and apply the mixture on them before serving.
