paneer palak stick

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • paneer mashed-2 cups
    • palak leaves(washed and fine chopped)-2 cups
    • corn (boiled and mashed)-1 cup
    • potatoes (boiled and mashed)-1 cup
    • bread (crushed)-2 slices
    • red chille powder-1/2 tsp
    • black pepper-1/2 tsp
    • salt to tasta
    • oil for frying








    1. Add all the spices in patato,corn,bread,and paneer.mix well and prepare a dough of it.
    2. freez it for 20 miutes.
    3. heat oil and deep fry making balls of the dough.
    4. fry till golden brown on low flame.
    5. serve hot with chutney.
