Ingredients
vegetarian
2 servings
paneer mashed-2 cups
palak leaves(washed and fine chopped)-2 cups
corn (boiled and mashed)-1 cup
potatoes (boiled and mashed)-1 cup
bread (crushed)-2 slices
red chille powder-1/2 tsp
black pepper-1/2 tsp
salt to tasta
oil for frying
Directions
Add all the spices in patato,corn,bread,and paneer.mix well and prepare a dough of it.
freez it for 20 miutes.
heat oil and deep fry making balls of the dough.
fry till golden brown on low flame.
serve hot with chutney.
