1 teaspoon chilli-ginger paste
salt to taste
sugar to taste
juice of 1/2 lemon or citric acid
1/3rd cup sabudana soaked in water
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
2-3 tablespoon green chutney
2-3 tablespoon tomato sauce
For the Chowk:
2 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon urad dal
8-10 curry pattas
3-4 green chilliies
