White Chickpeas in sesame cream sauce

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 1 cup of White Chickpeas soaked overnight
    • 3 pods of Garlic
    • 5tbsp of Tahini- (Sesame Cream)
    • Juice of 2 lemon
    • Extra Virgin Olive as required
    • Salt as per taste


    1. Pressure cook chickpeas with a pod of garlic till soft
    2. Blend cooked Chickpeas, tahini, garlic till soft and smooth
    3. Drain them to a vessel
    4. Add lemon juice, salt and then mix well
    5. Add Olive Oil at the time of serving
