Pomegreat Limesoda

Pomegranate is an extremely powerful source of antioxidant which may help to support the maintenance of the body's natural free radical defences. The pomegranate is rich in vitamins A, C, E, and iron. Try this at home and post your comments.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1 pomegranate fruit (peeled and cleaned well)
    • 2 cups soda water
    • 2 tsp sugar
    • 1 tsp lemon juice
    • 1 tsp ginger juliens
    • salt - a pinch
    • 3 cups water

    Directions

    1. Prepare fresh pomegranate juice with 3 cups of water and chopped ginger by blending these together and straining (or) you can use 3 cups of fresh pomegranate juice blended ginger Julienne.
    2. Mix this fresh juice with soda water - 2 cups, sugar,lemon juice and salt.
    3. Serve this refreshing Pomegranate Lime soda chilled.

    For those who find the limesoda unacceptable,pls avoid soda water.but make the lime juice being added as 1 tbsp and the water being added as 4 cups.The Pomegreat Limesoda can be called as Pomegreat Lime Drink.

    hai christy,good to know abt powerful pomegranate but when its added to soda water.vitamin A,E,C and iron will be lost.personally i feel.I would have not commented but u asked for comments just sharing it.no hard feelings yaar.it can be a tasty quencher but not a healthy one.u could have avoided healthy reasons.
