Pineapple Souffle

A delicious french dessert

Ingredients vegetarian 6 servings

  • 2 cups Pineapple, diced
  • 1 pack Gelatine, pineapple flavored
  • Cherries for garnishing
  • ½ liter Milk, full cream
  • 100 gms. Raw Cream
  • 1 pack Condensed Milk

Whipped cream to decorate


  1. Take a cup of water and place it over heat. Add gelatin and keep stiring till the mixture warms and the gelatin melts.
  2. Beat cream for 15 mins. Add condensed milk and full cream milk. Beat thoroughly. Take half a cup of boiled pineapple syrup add to the beaten mixture. Keep stiring.
  3. Add the gelatin water after it is cold and mix thoroughly.
  4. Put in one and a half cups of pineapple tit-bits. Put the entire mixture in a souffle dish and set in freezer for one hour.
  5. Garnish with remaining half cup pineapple tit-bits, strawberries or cherries and whipped cream. Serve chilled.

hi yasmin...cud u plz lemme know wat u mean by boiled pineapple syrup?is it dose available in d markets for makin juice?

Hi Yasmin, would just like to know how much of gelatin goes into this..?? I mean how many teaspoons or tablespoons...?? & Can mango & strawberry souffle be made the same way...?? Thanks..
