Ingredients
vegetarian
4 servings
1 cup tamarind
2 cups sugar
2 tsp cumin powder
1tsp chilli powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp ginger powder
2 cups hot water
Directions
soak tamarind in hot water mash it and keep it aside for half n hour
after that mash it again
strain it take out all the pulp
add all the other ingredients
taste it and u can add more sugar or less
