This is a traditional recipe of my family and has been passed to me by my elders. It is very easy to make but the taste is extra-ordinary, especially with hot pooris.
Ingredients
vegetarian 1 servings
5 nos. Potato
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
½ tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tbsp Clarified Butter
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Salt to taste
Directions
Boil Aloo in cooker for 2 whistles.
Remove from the cooker and cool it. Peel the skin.
