Hot, crispy chicken legs

Tasty and easy to cook

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

    2 tpsp garlic 2 tbsp ginger salt to taste 2 eggs bread crumbs powder few pinches of china salt 1 tbsp pepper 1 tbsp garm masala powder oil to fry


    1. Marinate the chicken legs (of medium size pieces) in salt, garlic and ginger.
    2. Cook it till the chicken becomes little soft. See that all the water is absorbed.
    3. Cool it.
    4. Beat the 2 eggs in a seperate bowl. Keep it aside.
    5. In another bowl put the bread crumbs powder, little salt, pepper, china salt and garm masala powder. Mix them well.Keep it aside.
    6. Heat the oil.Take the cooked chicken leg dip it in the egg and then dip it in the bread powder and fry it till it is crispy and brown.

    Serve hot.

    Chicken quantity/weight and procudure of cooking the chicken is missing. Seems that Sowdha was in too hurry to write even ingridients one by one, (but written all ingriends in one line)

    It turned up really tasty but there is a mistake in INGREDIENT, Chicken quantity is not mentioned and I think w/o chicken we can't prepare crispy chicken legs


    i tried this recipe and it came out very well. i make this every weekend and my family enjoys it, and is very easy to make.thanks to s.reddy.
