Deep fried okra

Ingredients vegetarian 1 servings


    • 250 g okra/bhindi
    • 1½ tsp red chilli powder
    • a pinch of hing
    • ½ tsp cornflour
    • ½ tsp rice flour
    • salt to taste

    Directions

    1. Slit the okra lenghtwise and cut into 1 inch size
    2. Mix red chilli, cornflour, rice flour and hing to it and also add the salt.
    3. Coat the okra well into the chilli mixture.
    4. Set aside for few minutes and deep fry till crispy.
