Instant Dessert in ten minutes

One of Goa's best dessert

Ingredients vegetarian 6 servings

  • 6 cups Rice (basmati), cooked, firm
  • 2 cups Jaggery, crushed
  • 2 cups Milk, boiled
  • 5 tbsps. Coconut, grated

Directions

  1. Boil the Jaggery. Then when it turns liquid add cooked rice.
  2. Mix well and return to the flame. Add the milk.
  3. Boil till it thickens.Add the coconut and mix well.
  4. Boil for 5 minutes and then stop boiling.
  5. Serve Hot or Cold.
