Sweet dish made from Sooji & Banana

try Banana in a different way.
These two versions are equally tasty. Thanks Mrs Hariprasad and Pamela. I did a bit of changing myself - instead 2 cups milk, I used 1 cup skimmed milk and 1 of water and a tblsp of sugar.
You can make a healthier version of this without Ghee. I roast 1/4 cup of cashews and roast a cup of rava ans set aside. Then I take 2 cups of almond (or other nut milk) and heat it on the stove. When it is bubbling I add a banana sliced into small pieces and a tsp of ground cardamom and a few strands of saffron. Then I add the rava and stir. It thickens quickly. Then I add 1/2 cup of soaked golden raisins and 1/4 cup of roasted cashews
and put it in a flat square dish and spread it out. then I cut it into squares. I got this recipe from 21 day Vegan Kickstart program. The recipe was demonstrated by video by Dr. Nandita Shah.
