Tasty, spicy, excellent side dish. Good dish to try for beginners.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    1 kg potatoes 2 tsp rasam powder salt to taste 1 tsp turmeric powder pinch of asafotedia powder 1 tsp tamarind powder 1/2 tsp mustard seeds Oil to fry


    1. Half boil Potatoes with skin then peel the skin, cut into 4 pieces add rasam powder, salt to taste, turmeric powder,tamarind powder, asafotedia.
    2. Heat 100 ml oil in kadai add mustard seeds to splutter.
    3. Add the rest of the ingredients and keep frying on low flame till potatoes turn golden brown.



    this is a nice snack or a side dish this is actually a favourite dish & now is liked by all in our family.
