Paper Kababs

Its an easy and simply delicious.

This is a simply delicious dish hope you all like it.

Ingredients non vegetarian 2 servings

    • 250 g chicken mince 
    • 1 tsp ginger paste
    • 1 tsp garlic paste
    • 50 g onion grated
    • 5 g green chilli paste
    • 10 g cheese (cheddar)
    • 2 eggs
    • salt & pepper
    • oil for deep frying


    1. In the chicken mince mix all the above ingredients.
    2. cut square pieces of aluminum foil.
    3. fold the chicken mince like a kabab
    4. place the kabab in the center of the square foil pieces and fold it tight.
    5. Deep fry in hot oil, once it starts floating its ready to serve.
    6. serve with sweet and sour sauce or chutney of your choice on a bed of lettuce leaves.

    hi jasmeet, yes you have to fry with the foil and once each foiled kabab starts floating it means its ready from inside. Hp you will like it.
