Dry roast Wheat flour on low heat till you get nice aroma. The flour should not burn. Remove & keep aside.
In a kadai, heat Ghee. Fry Cashwenuts till golden brown & keep aside.
To the same Ghee, add Jaggery & mix well until all the jaggery is melted. It settles in the bottom & ghee floats.
Add roasted Wheat flour, Cashwenuts & Cardamom powder. Remove from the heat & mix well. Make laddu while it is still warm. If you are not able to make laddu, add 1-2 tblsp of melted Ghee. Serve with coffee or tea.
