Directions
- Boil asparagus in enough water with 1/2 tsp salt and it brightens & becomes tender in 3 minutes.
- Heat oil in a kadai & splutter jeera,Saute onion till pinkish,then add tomato & after it turns glassy add capsicum.
- Then add red chilli powder,shahi paneer masala,crumbled tofu and asparagus.cook for 3 minutes.
- Add salt and mix well.
- Add this mixture to the rice.
- Tasty asparagus tofu rice is ready.
Note:u can replace tofu with paneer,can add pepper powder and garlic or ginger garlic paste or can add dried onion rings.
