Potato & bread with Mint chutney

Ingredients
vegetarian
2 servings
2 Potatoes (boiled, de-skined & cut into bite size pieces)
3 slices of White Bread (toasted & cut into 1/4 inch pieces)
1 medium Onion (chopped)
1 Tomato (chopped)
3 tsp Vegetable Oil
2 tbsp Mint & Coriander paste (1/2 bunch of each)
1 tsp Sweet chutney (tamarind & date)
1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
2 tsp Lemon juice
Salt to taste
Cilantro & Plain Sev for garnish
Directions
Heat Oil in a kadai. Add boiled Potatoes & fry for a minute.
Add Mint & Coriander paste, Red chilli powder, Cumin powder & Salt. Mix well for 2 mins.
Remove from heat, add toasted Bread pieces & Sweet chutney. Mix well & remove to a serving plate.
Top it with Lemon juice, chopped Onion, tomato, Sev & Cilantro. Serve immediately.
