Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • ¼ kg All purpose flour (Maida)
    • 1 cup Butter
    • ½ cup Castor Sugar
    • 1 tsp Milk Powder
    • ½ tsp Cardamom powder (Ilaichi)


    1. Beat butter and sugar till it gets soft and smooth.
    2. Add milk powder and cardamom powder, sieve maida.
    3. Add maida to the above mixture in parts and make a dough.
    4. Divide the dough into 20 equal portions and shape them into small balls of required size and flatten them between the two palms.
    5. Arrange in a well -greased tray and bake in a moderate oven at 180C till golden brown.
    6. Enjoy Nankhatai with tea or coffee.

    hello mariya its really sounds very tasty and crispy.can i prepare this recipe in my old model microwave which has the watt from 100-800watt.and overall minutes as 35.plz can u tell me how to adjust the watt. thanks kahkashan from doha(qatar).
