Mango-Pista Kulfi

Something to cool you down in the hot summer days

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 2 Ripen Mangoes
    • 1 can Condensed Milk
    • few strands of Safforn
    • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
    • 20 Pistachios (broken into pieces)


    1. Puree the Mangoes & keep aside.
    2. In a bowl, mix Condensed Milk, Safforn, Pistachios & Cardamom powder.
    3. Add Mango puree & mix well. Taste for sweetness. Can add 1/4 Sugar if the Mangoes are not too sweet.
    4. Pour the mixture into Kulfi moulds & freeze overnight.

    While making the puree of mango, add app. 50 gms. of maava to it, this way it would be more tastier.
