Badam Shake

Healthy and tasty.

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • ¼ cup Almonds chopped and blended
    • 4 cups Milk
    • 1 pinch Green cardamom powder
    • 1 pinch Nutmeg powder
    • 4-5 tbsp Honey

    Directions

     

    1. Heat milk in a vessel and bring to a boil.
    2. Reduce heat, add chopped almonds and simmer on low heat for fifteen to twenty minutes.
    3. Add green cardamom powder and nutmeg powder and continue to boil for another two minutes.
    4. Remove from heat, add honey and stir.

    Hi Aparajita, Yes! Dear u can but make sure that the almond is properly crushed. So that it does not choke the baby or irritate. Let me know if ur baby likes it.
