1 lb ribs with meat (chopped) 2 tsps cumin powder 1/4 tsps big cardamoms 1/4 tsp nutmeg 3 green cardamoms 1/8 tsp mace 1/2 cup curd salt to taste Ghee for deep frying(very shallow ghee)
Cook the meat with ribs till 3/4 tender.
Grind all the spices finely with a little water(6tsp) and mix it in curd.
Soak the ribs with salt into curd for 25 minutes.
Then fry it in ghee till golden brown.
Serve with chutney.
