tasety bread crumbed chicken wings marinated in oriental ingredients served along with peanut sauce dip

Ingredients non vegetarian 2 servings

    • 4 medium sized chicken wings with skin
    • 1 egg
    • Bread Crumb flakes
    • Oil for deep frying

    Ingredients for Marination:-

    • 2 tbs soya sauce
    • 1tbs white sesame seeds
    • 2-3 tsps tobasco sauce
    • 1/2 tsp sugar
    • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
    • 1/2 tsp khus khus (poppy seeds)
    • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
    • Salt to taste

    Peanut Sauce Dip

    • 2 Tbs Roasted and de-skinned peanuts
    • 3 Tbs Soya sauce
    • 2 Tsp Vinegar
    • 1 Tbs Tomatoe Ketchup
    • 1 Tsp Sugar
    • a pinch of salt


    1. Mix chicken wings with all the marinating ingredients for couple of hours.
    2. Beat the egg in a deep bowl by adding a pinch of salt.
    3. Heat oil in a frying pan at medium flame.
    4. Dip the chicken wings in egg and roll it in the bread crumb flakes, set aside for 15 minutes and then deep fry them till golden brown.

    For the Dip:-

    Crush the peanuts into small bits(not to be powdered). Mix in a bowl all the dip ingredients with the crushed peanuts. Serve the fried wings along with the dip.
