Veg. Noodles

Kids will surly like this and you will feel happy to serve as there are vegetalbes in it which are healthy. Please add your tips and comments.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 250 grms Noodles
    • 1 Carrot thin slices
    • 1 Potato thin slices
    • 5-6 Green beans
    • ½  Bell pepper thin slices
    • 1-2 Onions thin slices
    • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
    • ¾ tsp Soya sauce
    • 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
    • 1 tbsp vinegar
    • ½ tbsp chili sauce
    • 1 pinch ajinomoto
    • Salt to taste
    • 1 tsp Black pepper



    1. Boil all the vegetables (carrot, potatoes and beans) adding salt and keep it a side.
    2. Boil noodles separately adding some oil and salt and keep it a side.
    3. Now take some oil in kadai add ginger garlic paste and onions cook for 2 min.
    4. Now add bell pepper cook for 2 mins, now add all the boiled vegetables stir well.
    5. Add ajinomoto, salt, black pepper, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, vinegar and chili sauce stir well for 5 mins.
    6. Now add boiled noodles slowly stir and close the lid let it cook for 5 mins and serve hot with ketchup.

    Note: Before adding noodles wet your hands with water and slowly mix it and then add it with vegetables.
