Directions
- Take 1 tbsp of Ghee in a kadai & roast Oatmeal untill light brown colour on a Medium heat. Remove & keep aside.
- Add Milk to a heavy bottom pan. When it starts to boil, add Jaggery (or Sugar). Mix well.
- When Jaggery is completely dissolved, add Cardamom powder & roasted Oatmeal. Keep stirring constantly until it is little thick in consistency. Takes 4-5 mins. Turn off the heat.
- Add fried Cashew nuts, Raisins & remaining Ghee. Mix well. Serve warm.
Note : Its thickens as it cools. Add extra warm Milk if required. Adjust sweetness accordingly.
