its a simple recipe for who loves snacks to eat
2 Cups Moong Dal
4 no. Green chilli (for grinding)
10 cloves of Garlic
1 tsp. zeera
½ tsp. Fennel seeds(barishop)
2 no. Onions
3tbsp. Coriander leaves
3 no.Green chillies (chopped and to put it in the mixture)
1 tsp. Turmeric
2 tbsp.Oil(for frying)
Soak the dal for 4hrs
Then grind the dal and also grind zeera, garlic, fennel ,chillies & 1onion.
Mix the ground dal with the above ground masala.
Now cut coriander chop chillies and 1 remaining onion and add them to the mixture.
Add turmeric in it and mix it well.
Make round bhajis and fry it in shallow oil.
Its ready to eat.
