mango mousse

a nice and creamy dessert

Quick to make and yummy to eat !!!

Ingredients vegetarian 6 servings

    • 2 medium sized mangoes
    • 100 ml fresh cream
    • sugar to taste or 2 tbsp
    • 1tbsp gelatin
    • 4 tbsp water
    • 1 mango cut into small pieces for garnishing



    1. Blend the mangoes and sugar in the mixie to make a smooth paste.
    2. Now add fresh cream to this mixture and mix in a bowl
    3. Add water to the gelatin and heat it by using double boiler method until the gelatin is transparent in nature.
    4. Now add the gelatin little by little to the mango mixture and whisk simultaneously.
    5. Place this mixture in the refrigerator to set it and decorate with mango pieces before serving.
    6. The mousse is ready to eat.
