Quick to make and yummy to eat !!!
2 medium sized mangoes
100 ml fresh cream
sugar to taste or 2 tbsp
4 tbsp water
1 mango cut into small pieces for garnishing
Blend the mangoes and sugar in the mixie to make a smooth paste.
Now add fresh cream to this mixture and mix in a bowl
Add water to the gelatin and heat it by using double boiler method until the gelatin is transparent in nature.
Now add the gelatin little by little to the mango mixture and whisk simultaneously.
Place this mixture in the refrigerator to set it and decorate with mango pieces before serving.
The mousse is ready to eat.
