Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • ½ kg lauki (opo squash), cut into slices
    • ½ tsp turmeric powder
    • 1 tsp garlic onion paste
    • 1 cup besan
    • salt to taste
    • oil for fry

    For Gravy

    • 2 tsp garlic onion paste
    • 1 tsp turmeric powder
    • 3 tsp red chilli powder
    • 1 tsp mustard paste
    • 1 tsp mustard seeds
    • 1 tsp besan
    • salt to taste
    • 2 tsp oil
    • 2 cup water

    Directions

    1. Take a bowl and mix besan, garlic onion paste,turmeric powder and salt and make smooth batter with water to make pakoda of lauki.
    2. Now put oil in the pan and let it heat and make lauki pakoda.
    3. Now put 2 tsp oil in the pan and let it heat.
    4. Now put mustard seeds in it.fry garlic oniion paste in it.
    5. After 2 minute add mustard paste,turmeric powder and red chilli powder in it.
    6. Fry it 5 minutes and now mix water in the besan and add in it.
    7. let it boil for 5 minutes and now add pakoda in it.
    8. let it boil for 2 minutes and serve it with roti or paratha.

    This is very good and easy recipe i ever heard.very good use of lauki.nobody likes lauky generaly,but good affort for it.i will definately make this dish,m sure all will like. congrates for this recipe.
