Diced beetroot in Yogurt

A heathy and easy to make side dish

A healthy, simple and easy to make side dish taken alongwith rice or chapati

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 1 big cup yogurt
    • Half a cup diced beetroot
    • 2 green chillies chopped
    • chopped corriander leaves
    • salt to taste


    Very simple. Just mix all the above mentioned ingredients in a bowl and take as a side dish alongwith chapati or rice. This is something you can prepare in a hurry for unexpected occassions.



    sorry not oiled but boiled n diced patatoes give it a try.


    kalyani very healthy recipes.., i have prepared this dish aaaaaa several times try adding low fat curd and oiled potatoes. spread a sspoon of imli chutney a sev on top alovely snack a starter.
