Egg Pizza

Ingredients non vegetarian 1 servings

    • 2 Eggs
    • ½ Instant noodles
    • ½ Cup Capsicum (Diced)
    • ½ Cup Carrot (Diced)
    • ¼ Cup Peas
    • ½ CupMozzarella cheese
    • Salt to Taste
    • Pepper to taste


    1. Mix all the vegetables in a bowl.
    2. Take the instant noodles and cook them in water. (Without any salt or pepper)
    3. In a bowl crack the eggs and put salt and pepper in it.
    4. Mix the cooked noodles in it.
    5. In a pan heat the butter and put the eggs and noodle mix in that. Cook it without turning its side.
    6. When one side is properly cooked take it out in a plate and put mix vegetables on top of that and also put mozzarella cheese.
    7. Put the plate in preheat oven for grill. Till the upper side starts to turn brown.
    8. Serve Hot.
