Tangadi Kebab

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1 kg chicken tangadi, preferably with skin on
    • 3-4 tsp ginger garlic 
    • 3-4 tsp pudina and green chilly chutney
    • salt to taste
    • 3-4 tsp mayonnaise

     

     

    Directions

    1. In a freezer bag, add ginger garlic paste, pudina and green chilly chutney, mayonnaise and salt mix well and then add the chicken tangadi pieces mix well and keep the bag in freezer for 8 - 10 hrs
    2. And then grill it for 35-40 mins time may vary with size of flesh.
    3. Try it out it will taste different
